Only if you're desperate.
The place was clean and cheap, good air-conditioning.
There is no privacy in the rooms, not even curtains on the beds, the windows didn't shut properly so it was very noisy from 4am, the showers were temperamental, the stairs are all different sizes and they are dangerous, the old woman was a bit weird and quite noisy.
